Pass Description

  • 4 types of passes are available. VIP passes will be auctioned later.

 You will notice that MOONSTONE passes have the possibility to buy access to some activities organized on a day different than the one they are made for. This choice was made in order to allow everyone to be able to experience every aspect of convention.
Participants with Moonstone passes that will stay more than a day in Mandelieu and that will participate in activities organized on a day different than the one their passes are made for, can visit the section “Location” of the website. Some “what to do” list is given to spend time.

Go to the ticket store to order your pass. For payment in 2 or 3 instalments, you'll have to get to the store, select the item "chosen pass payment in 2 or 3 instalments" and follow the instructions for the 1st payment. Repeat the same steps to make the 2nd and the 3rd payment.


Please read the general terms and conditions as well as the Terms and Conditions of passes’ sales below before buying any pass. By buying a pass, you have read and accepted those terms.

      MOONSTONE PASS FRIDAY 155 €
  • 1 Day access to the event (Friday)
  • Seat in zone 4 (your seat is reserved, numbered, and attributed during the entire day).
  • Access to all Friday activities (Q&A, autographs, photoshoots, special activities, merchandising)
  • Possibility to buy extra autographs in the ticket store (priority over Transition & Bloody passes)
  • Possibility to buy extra photoshoots in the ticket store (priority over Transition & Bloody passes)
  • Possibility to buy :

           - Tickets for fan encounters with guest(s) during the 3 days (~30 min),

           - Dinner tickets : at a guest’s table or a simple table  (Friday night activity),

           - Cocktail party Tickets (Saturday night activity), 

  • Possibility to buy tickets for other activities unveiled later
  • Additional photoshoot and autographs will be potentially sold later according to available stock

  • Possibility to buy extra autographs in the ticket store (priority over Transition & Bloody passes)
  • Possibility to buy extra photoshoots in the ticket store (priority over Transition & Bloody passes)
  • Possibility to buy :

  • 1 Autograph per guest (special guest excluded)
  • 1 single photoshoot for 1 guest to be chosen (special guest excluded)
  • Possibility to buy extra autographs in the ticket store
  • Possibility to buy extra photoshoots in the ticket store
  • Possibility to buy :

           - Tickets for fan encounters with guest(s) during the 3 days (~30 min),

           - Dinner tickets : at a guest’s table or a simple table  (Friday night activity),

  • Seat in zone 2, behind the VIP (your seat is reserved, numbered, and attributed during the entire day).
  • Access to all activities during the 3 days (Q&A, autographs, photoshoots, special activities, merchandising)
  • 1 Autograph per guest (special guest excluded)
  • 1 Autograph medium for each autograph offered (special guest excluded)
  • 1 single photoshoot per guest (special guest excluded)
  • Possibility to buy extra autographs in the ticket store
  • Possibility to buy extra photoshoots in the ticket store
  • Possibility to buy :

  • 1 Autograph per guest (special guest included)
  • 1 Autograph medium for each autograph offered (special guest included)
  • 1 single photoshoot per guest (special guest included)
  • 1 meeting with a guest of your choice (special guest included)
  • 1 seat at a guest's table (guest to be chosen) during the Friday dinner*
  • 1 entry at the saturday party (VIP corner)
  • 1 Sunday morning breakfast with guest(s)
  • 1 surprise basket
  • Possibility to buy extra autographs, photoshoots, meetings in the ticket store
  • Possibility to buy tickets for other activities unveiled later

*Priority to choose a table (thus a guest) will be given according to the descending order of bidding prices for all the vip passes i.e., the VIP pass sold at the highest price will choose 1st, then the 2nd Vip pass, and so on...

Conditions of sale of passes

  • Passes are sold via the ticket store.
  • Minors under 16 must present the parental consent “convention" (to be downloaded on the website) signed by their parents or legal guardian (if the aforementioned adult is not the parent/guardian, + the copy of the ID of the signatory). Failure to show the documents at the entrance will prevent the participant to access the event.
  • Persons accompanying disabled people should buy an entry pass.
  • Unless otherwise specified, access badges will be collected at the venue as soon as doors opened. Don’t forget that an ID with a picture and proof of purchase (emails) will be required to collect your badge and tickets for the different activities.

  • Passes can be paid in 2 equal instalments (for amount ≥ 200 €). First instalment shall be due immediately (paypal, CB, bank transfer), 2nd instalment no later than a month after the 1st. Payment will be due at each instalment; otherwise your ticket will be cancelled. Upon default in payment of instalments, the deposit(s) already given will be non-refundable and kept while the ticket will be cancelled.
  • You are allowed to buy extras (photoshoots, autographs, meetings, party, dinner etc) even if you chose to buy your pass in 2 instalments. However, in that case upon default of payment of the 2nd instalment of your pass within the allocated time, your extras will be cancelled and non-refundable.
